Looking for a fun and effective way to stay active on weekends?
Stay active and strong with our outdoor functional training sessions in Geneva.
Join us every Saturday and Sunday at 11:00 AM at Skatepark de Pâquis for a motivating full-body workout combining strength, cardio, and mobility. Open to all levels, with adaptable exercises and a welcoming community atmosphere.
How the sessions work
Each class combines strength, cardio, and mobility, with options for beginners and intermediate participants.
- Warm-up (5–10 minutes): gentle activation to prepare the body and joints.
- Main workout (Tabata format): intervals of 30 seconds to 1 minute of work, followed by 20–30 seconds of restbetween stations or exercises. This structure allows everyone to train at their own pace and level.
- Cool down: we finish with stretching and breathing exercises to relax and support recovery.
What to bring
To train safely and comfortably, we recommend bringing:
- Gloves (for floor work or cold weather)
- Water bottle
- Mat (tapis)
- Comfortable clothing and, if you like, a touch of color
Safety and adaptations
If you have any pain, discomfort, or limitation, please let us know the day before.
This helps us adapt the exercises to your needs and ensure a safe training experience.
During the class, you’re always free to adjust your pace, time, or repetitions.
In case of rain
We notify participants in advance and adjust the location or schedule. There’s always a plan B to keep you moving.
